JJJJound x ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 Launches On June 12th

The 2022 collaboration between JJJJound and ASICS on the GEL-Kayano 14 can be referenced as the true starting point of the Sportstyle takeover, spawning considerable demand for all of ASICS’ mesh runners and the genre at large. Now nearly three years later, the Montreal design studio is circling back with another batch that’s sure to have many reaching for their wallets once more. Following a series of social media teasers, JJJJound has officially unveiled two colorways dropping June 12th.

Both looks stay true to JJJJound’s refined aesthetic with tasteful, simple color blocking. The first colorway, which has already been teased at length, looks somewhat like a GR with white mesh, metallic silver overlays, black detailing, and summery pops of light blue on the lining and GEL capsules. The other is a bit more intriguing by comparison, taken with “Midnight” accents and pre-aged cream touches on the midsole and laces. Again, standard white mesh and metallic silver overlays make up the core of the design.
